Green Star Energy has a My Account online self service portal and an App for both Android and Apple smartphones.
You can access My Account using your existing email and password. If you need to reset your password please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
Use My Account to submit meter readings, view your bills and payments, make payments online and change your account details.
