My Account is Green Star Energy’s online self-service portal and Mobile App for both Android and Apple smartphones.
You can access My Account using your existing email and password. If you need to reset your password please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
You can use My Account to submit meter readings, view your bills and payments, make payments online and change your account details.
