Green Star Energy has a "My Account web portal" and "App" for both Android and Apple smartphones.

You can access the My Account portal using your existing email and password. If you need to reset your password please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.

You can use the new My Account portal to submit meter readings, view your bills and payments, make payments and change your account details.
