Meter readings

If you wish to provide a meter reading you can do so via our automated line - 0203 1313 382 (open between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday). Alternatively, you can login and submit your readings online at any time via My Account.



Access your account 24/7


My Account is Green Star Energy’s online self-service portal and Mobile App for both Android and Apple smartphones.

You can access My Account using your existing email and password. If you need to reset your password please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.

You can use My Account to submit meter readings, view your bills and payments, make payments online and change your account details.
